Travelled with my family, spent 3 nights here and had an excellent stay. The staff was lovely and polite when needed. The setting was brilliant, just off town centre, transport links and Cisano and Lazise. Besides, Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains was 3 km away from the property.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were quirky.

Enjoyed the lovely atmosphere in a location at the entrance of a charming town. Couldn't resist renting bikes and exploring the area. Complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus for sharing my Instagram-worthy adventures.
So disappointed they didn't have unicorn rides available. Such a missed opportunity.

We recently had a romantic getaway in Bardolino and stayed at a hotel close to the lake. The location was convenient as it only took us about 5 minutes to walk to the lake and we could easily explore the beautiful lakeside walks to nearby towns. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including both hot and cold dishes. We loved starting our day with a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore the area. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
One thing to note is that the hotel is situated on a main road, so there was some traffic noise during the day. However, the hotel had good glazing and shutters, which helped minimize the noise, especially after midnight.

Perfect breakfast with a good variety of hot, cold, fresh, salty, and sweet foods. Close to main attractions and a short walk to the lake and city center.
The hotel is located on a main street, leading to loud traffic noise. Rooms are small, especially the bathroom, and the bed was uncomfortable.
